British manufactured hollow fibre polyester filling is ideal for creating wonderful pillows, cushions, toys and a wide range of other craft products. Our range is fully tested to meet the relevant British standards and are machine washable. We believe that we can meet all your needs whether you prefer a hard and heavy filling or a soft/springy product.

Premium Polyester

Premium polyester filling is our high loft fibre with a high percentage of virgin fibre being used to create a perfect plump result. Premium Polyester is available in 250g & 450g weights packed in individual printed Phoenix bags and complete with carrying handle, sold in packs of 10 or 15 bags. Larger weights are available on request.

Ideal for; cushion filling, stuffing toys, cushion pads, pillows, dolls and teddy bears and lots of other craft activities.

All our polyester is fully tested to meet British standard Regulations the BS5852, BS1425 and the EN71 toy safety, perfect for home activities or textiles in schools and colleges. All certificates can be issued on request.

Premium polyester filling is machine washable and therefore easy care for busy family lives and is bright with the highest proportion of virgin fibre.

Craft Polyester

Our craft filing has a constantly clean white colour and has excellent bounce & spring.
